		<description>Lovely post, Di. I like the comparison with the horse race and I think you&#039;re spot on, not only in your choice of the winner but in your reading of the punters, er voters. My guess is that a lot of Obama voters joined in when they saw that he was the out and out favourite. Back the winner and you get to share in the glory, right? Back the loser and you have to suffer the gloating of others and your own sore feelings. But I like what he stands for and I&#039;m going to savour this one (just get me through the next 24 hours).</description>
